Thukpa Recipe | Vegetable Noodle Soup Recipe
Thukpa is a Tibetan noodle soup, which originated in the eastern part of Tibet.

- Noodles 1 small packet 90 grams
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Capsicum ¼ cup
- Carrot ¼ cup
- Beans ¼ cup
- Oil 2 tsp
- Garlic 5-6 finely chopped
- Green chilli sauce 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp
- Onions 1 small.
- Pepper powder ½ tsp
Boil noodles in water for 8-10 minutes till it is cooked.
Drain the water and keep it ready.
Heat oil and add finely chopped onions and garlic.
Then add cabbage, capsicum, carrot and beans.
Saute the vegetables for 3- 4 minutes.
Then add green chilli sauce, salt, sugar and red chilli powder
Add water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
Then add the cooked noodles
Finally add pepper powder and check for salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
You can add any vegetables or meat of your choice.
Adjust the sauce and spice according to your preference.
