Vegetable Soup Recipe | Easy Homemade Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • cup Cabbage
  • cup capsicum
  • ¼ cup carrot
  • ¼ cup beans
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 garlic
  • Salt as required.

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Add chopped garlic to it and sauté for a few seconds.
  • Add the chopped onions to it and sauté for a minute.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and mix.
  • Next, add the chopped vegetables to it and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add water to it and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper powder to it.
  • Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour in ½ cup of water without any lumps.
  • Add corn flour mixture to the soup.
  • Boil for a few minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Delicious vegetable soup is ready.

Notes

  • Adjust the consistency of the soup according to your preference by adding more or less water.
  • Quantity of the vegetables depends on your preference.
  • Use lot of different vegetables to make your soup colorful and healthy.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves to make it more flavorful.
