- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ⅓ cup Cabbage
- ⅓ cup capsicum
- ¼ cup carrot
- ¼ cup beans
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 cup water
- 3 garlic
- Salt as required.
Heat butter in a pan
Add chopped garlic to it and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the chopped onions to it and sauté for a minute.
Then add ginger garlic paste and mix.
Next, add the chopped vegetables to it and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add water to it and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt and pepper powder to it.
Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour in ½ cup of water without any lumps.
Add corn flour mixture to the soup.
Boil for a few minutes and switch off the flame.
Delicious vegetable soup is ready.
- Adjust the consistency of the soup according to your preference by adding more or less water.
- Quantity of the vegetables depends on your preference.
- Use lot of different vegetables to make your soup colorful and healthy.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves to make it more flavorful.
