Balti Chicken Recipe | Chicken Balti Curry

Ingredients
Chicken ¼ kg
Balti sauce ⅓ cup
Green chillies 2
Onions 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut the chicken
Heat oil and temper with fennel seeds and curry leaves
Once it browns add the finely chopped onions and slit green chillies and saute nicely till it changes color
Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes
Then add the chopped chicken and saute for few minutes.
Next add salt and balti sauce.
Then add water and allow it to cook.
Close and cook in medium flame till chicken is cooked and all water is absorbed
Garnish with coriander leaves
Delicious balti chicken is ready.
Notes
Adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding more or less water
Balti sauce will have all spices. You can add according to your paste.
