Noodles cooked with spicy balti sauce is delicious and lip smacking variation of usual noodles we make with sauces

Ingredients
Noodles 100 grams
Cabbage ¾ cup
Capsicum ⅓ cup
eggs 2
Balti sauce 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Pepper powder 1 tsp or as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
Boil water in a pot. Once it boils add the noodles and salt.
Cook for 7-10 minutes till it is just cooked. Drain the water and run through cold water.
Once the water is drained add 1 tsp oil to noodles and mix so they don't stick to each other.
Heat oil and crack the eggs.
Add pepper powder and salt to it.
Scramble them and add the cabbage, capsicum, salt to it and saute for 1 minute.
Next add balti sauce to the veggies.
Saute in high flame for 3-4 minutes till veggies are cooked.
Now add the cooked noodles and saute in high flame till everything is combined.
Check the seasoning and add salt, pepper powder as required.
Spicy Balti Noodles is ready.
Notes
Adjust balti sauce according to your tasteCheck the cooking instructions and time for each type of noodles. It should be just cooked not too mushy.Add any veggies of your choice or meat.
