Ingredients
Banana 2 small
Curd ½ cup
Cardamon 2
Sugar/Honey 2 tsp optional
Water ¾ cup
Instructions
Take all the ingredients in the mixer.
Blend to smooth puree.
Pour into the glass, chill and serve.
Notes
Always use fresh thick curd for making lassi. Taste of the lassi purely depends on the quality of the curd used. You can use hand whisk or churner to whisk the lassi which will give nice frothy texture. You can add some ice cubes while grinding or chill in fridge and serve. You can garnish with nuts while servingFor me sweetness of the banana is enough so I didn't add sugar. You can increase the amount of curd and reduce water to make it more thick.
