Banana Smoothie Recipe

Banana smoothie is healthy drink where bananas are blended with milk. It is good option for breakfast or drink after workout.

Ingredients

  • Banana 2 big ripe
  • Milk ⅔ cup
  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Honey few drops optional
  • Cream 2 tbsp optional
  • Crushed nuts for decorating optional

Instructions

  • Take 2 big ripe bananas in mixer and mash it nicely.
  • To the mashed bananas add milk and combine.
  • Add cinnamon powder and mix nicely.
  • Then add Honey and mix. You can skip honey if sweetness in banana is enough.
  • Finally add cream and mix nicely.
  • Chill, top it with nuts and serve.

Notes

Adding cream is optional.
You can grind the nuts along with banana too
Adjust the consistency by adding more or less milk as per your choice.
You can even add some small pieces of bananas if you like to have a bite while drinking
