Ingredients
Wheat flour ½ cup
Beetroot puree 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Butter 4 tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Beetroot yogurt dip
Beetroot puree 3 tsp
Yogurt 4 tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt as required
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Instructions
Mix wheat flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
Add the butter to it and mix it with your hands so it looks like bread crumbs.
Then add Beetroot puree and knead to dough.
Roll the dough between parchment paper
Cut them to circles using any bottle cap.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the crackers.
Make little holes in it
Preheat the oven 160°C for ten minutes and bake in same temperature for 10-12 minutes.
Cool the crackers
Mix all the ingredients and make the dip.
After cooling the crackers apply dip and top with grated beetroot and enjoy.

Boil beetroot and puree them in mixie for beetroot puree.You can use other vegetables too like carrot, spinach, capsicum etc..Apply your favourite toppings and enjoyBaking time will vary depending on size of crackers
