Beetroot Crackers recipe with step by step pictures. Learn how to make simple and crunchy beetroot crackers. We had a contest in baking group in facebook. We need to choose one ingredient and bake four healthy dishes with that ingredient. I choose beetroot and baked crackers, swirl buns, croissants and pasta in beetroot sauce.
These crackers are good for kids who don't eat vegetables. We can indirectly give to them. My daughter who is poor in eating vegetables liked it. I made it three times after that. I topped it with beetroot yogurt dip and grated beetroot. If you apply toppings consume it immediately otherwise there won't be crunchiness in crackers. You can also try to make these crackers with greens or other vegetables.
