It is yummy snack for kids who will finish these in no time. Every week I will make some cookies for my kids. I am trying different recipes each week so I can include in my blog too.
Nowadays I started experimenting with my own recipe for cookies. I modified my vanilla cookies and came up with this recipe. I made half as plain chocolate cookies and added choco chips to rest of the dough. It was nice, crunchy and chocolaty. If you like to have more crisper biscuits you can bake for 2-3 minutes extra.
