Sathumaavu Cookies | Health Mix Powder Cookies Recipe with step by step pictures. Sathumaavu is health mix powder usually prepared for babies using different pulses, grains and nuts. It is prepared from that health mix powder. Usually we make porridge for babies using sathumaavu. This is healthy alternative to usual porridge. I always prepare health mix powder in home and I had big batch of health mix powder and my daughter was refusing to eat porridge. So tried making cookies and she liked it.
I tried few different combinations and came up with this recipe after trying couple of times. I prefer to use jaggery powder for this recipe as we give it to kids. If you don't find jaggery, you can use normal powdered sugar. Do try and let me know your feedback. You can also try my other healthy cookies/biscuits recipes
