Oats cookies Recipe | How to make Oat cookies recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Oats cookies are delicious and healthy cookies made with oats flour, wheat flour, and brown sugar. These are perfect snacks to go with your evening Tea.

I used Akshakalpa coconut oil to make these cookies and they turned out amazingly good. My hubby who is not very fond of cookies asked for some extra. Now I can confidently use coconut oil in cookies without worrying about the taste. You can get their products from amazon or through their app.

Wishing all my readers a very happy new year. Hopefully, I will be more regular this year and come up with some interesting recipes.

    Notes

Baking time depends on the size and thickness of the cookies.
Always keep an eye after 10 minutes.
Cookies will look soft when taken out of the oven but will become firm after 5-10 minutes.
If the mixture is dry, add a few drops of milk or water to form a dough. I didn't use any milk.
You can roll them and cut them into desired shapes.
if you are using an oven bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
You can bake it for a little longer if you prefer crispy cookies
