I have made lot of changes to the recipe from the first time I tried these cookies. It will be soft, crunchy and melt in your mouth.
It is fail proof recipe and even a beginner can get this easily. I have made it so many times and it will be always hit. I made this for my daughter's first birthday as give away, everyone loved it and some asked me to share the recipe. You can wrap these mini biscuits in cookie covers and give as gifts.

Ingredients
- Maida/All purpose flour ¾ cup
- Corn flour 5 tsp
- Butter ½ cup oe 110 grams
- Powdered sugar ⅓ cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Instructions
- Take butter and sugar in a bowl
- Add vanilla essence to it.
- Whisk butter, sugar and vanilla essence and beat till fluffy and creamy. I used electric beater. You can use whisk too but it may take little more time.
- Then add corn flour and maida slowly and mix.
- It won't be like a dough. It will be like frosting and we need to pipe the cookies.
- I used rose nozzle to pipe the cookies. You can use star nozzle or any other nozzle too.
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper and pipe the cookies
- Preheat the oven to 160°C for 10 minutes. Bake in the same temperature for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool them in wire rack and serve.
