Besan Chilla Recipe | Besan Cheela | Instant Besan Dosa Recipe

Ingredients

  • Besan flour ¾ cup
  • Onion 1 small
  • Green chillies 2
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Water ¾ cup or as required
  • Salt ½ tsp or as required
  • Hing ⅛ tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Coriander leaves few

Instructions

  • Finely chop the onions and green chillies
  • Take besan flour in a bowl
  • Add all the other ingredients to flour
  • Add water slowly and mix it with flour.
  • Mix without lumps to flowing consistency batter.
  • Heat kadai and spread the batter.
  • Drizzle some oil and cook for 30-40 seconds
  • Flip and cook till it is done.
  • Serve hot Besan chilla with chutney or pickle

Notes

Add tomatoes and vegetables of your choice.
