Ingredients
Besan flour ¾ cup
Onion 1 small
Green chillies 2
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Water ¾ cup or as required
Salt ½ tsp or as required
Hing ⅛ tsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Instructions
Finely chop the onions and green chillies
Take besan flour in a bowl
Add all the other ingredients to flour
Add water slowly and mix it with flour.
Mix without lumps to flowing consistency batter.
Heat kadai and spread the batter.
Drizzle some oil and cook for 30-40 seconds
Flip and cook till it is done.
Serve hot Besan chilla with chutney or pickle
Notes
Add tomatoes and vegetables of your choice.
