Bread Masala | Crispy Bread Masala
Bread Masala is simple and easy bread recipe where bread is cooked in onion tomato mixture.

Ingredients
Bread 4 slices
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Green chillies 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ TSP
Garam masala ½ TSP
Cumin powder ⅛ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Water as required
Coriander leaves to garnish
To Temper
Mustard ¼ tsp
Urad dal ¼ tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil 2 tsp
Instructions
Toast the bread and cut them into small slices. This step is optional. We can directly use the bread without toasting too.
Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies and keep it ready
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal and curry leaves.
Then add the finely chopped onions and green chillies and saute for 1 minute
Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute.
Then add tomatoes and saute for few mins.
Then add all the spice powders, salt and mix
Add little water and allow it to boil till all the masalas are combined and raw smell goes.
Now add the roasted bread pieces and saute for 1-2 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Notes
Toasting of bread is optional.
You can add any vegetables of your choice too.
Adjust the spices as per your choice
