Ingredients
Broccoli 2 cups loosely packed
Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp while boiling
Red chilli powder 1 TSP
Cumin powder ¼ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Besan flour ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
Rice flour 1 ½ tbsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
Instructions
Cut the broccoli as small florets.
Boil them with little water adding ½ tsp salt
Cook them till it is 50% done
Drain the water and keep it ready.
Add all the ingredients to broccoli.
Mix nicely till all the masala is coated with broccoli.
Heat oil and fry them till golden
Drain them in kitchen tissue
Serve broccoli fry hot with tomato sauce.
Notes
Adjust the spices according to your preference.
You can marinate and keep in fridge and fry them whenever required
