Cut and wash the broccoli and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a pan and temper with ingredients under temper.
Add finely chopped onions and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Add broccoli and saute nicely for 2 minutes till it slightly shrinks.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Add little water and allow the broccoli to cook.
Once broccoli is cooked, add curd.
Add milk and allow it to boil for 2 minutes.
Then add kasturi methi and mix.
Switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice/roti
