Wash and cut the vegetables and keep it ready. I used carrot, beans, potato and peas.
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves
Then add finely chopped onions, ginger and slit green chillies and saute nicely.
Then add the chopped veggies
Next add salt and saute the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add water to it and allow it to boil.
Once it boils add the broken wheat.
Close the lid and cook till all water is absorbed and cooked.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar
