Melt the chocolate using double boiler method. Place water in a vessel and place another vessel on top of it and melt the chocolate.
Take flour, cocoa powder, caking powder in a sieve.
Sieve them couple of times to mix evenly.
Take milk, oil, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
Mix it nicely till everything is combined.
Add the melted chocolate to milk mixture.
Give a quick stir to combine them
Then add the flour mixture in batches.
Mix them without lumps
Grease the baking tin with butter and dust with little flour.
Pour the batter to baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 25-30 minutes
Remove from oven and cool the Brownie completely in wire rack and slice them.
Enjoy with ice cream or chocolate sauce or powdered sugar drizzled on the top.
