Brownie Recipe | Eggless Brownie Recipe | Chocolate Brownie Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Brownie is square shaped baked chocolate dessert. I love anything chocolate and Brownies are no exception. Brownie will be little dense than cake and texture will be different for different types of brownie like moist, fudge, chewy etc. Brownie with ice cream is classic combo and I always order that exotic dessert whenever I visit restaurants.
This brownie recipe is very simple and basic one with easily available ingredients. I have not added any nuts or dry fruits and made it plain. You can add some cashews, almonds, pista, walnuts if you like. I have used cooking chocolate to get more rich flavor of chocolate brownies. But you can always skip them and add around ⅓ cup of cocoa powder. I enjoyed these lovely brownies with homemade vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce.

Ingredients
- Maida 1 cup
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Chocolate 100 grams
- Milk ¾ cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Oil ⅓ cup
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate using double boiler method. Place water in a vessel and place another vessel on top of it and melt the chocolate.
- Take flour, cocoa powder, caking powder in a sieve.
- Sieve them couple of times to mix evenly.
- Take milk, oil, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- Mix it nicely till everything is combined.
- Add the melted chocolate to milk mixture.
- Give a quick stir to combine them
- Then add the flour mixture in batches.
- Mix them without lumps
- Grease the baking tin with butter and dust with little flour.
- Pour the batter to baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 25-30 minutes
- Remove from oven and cool the Brownie completely in wire rack and slice them.
- Enjoy with ice cream or chocolate sauce or powdered sugar drizzled on the top.
