Take buckwheat flour and rava in a bowl.
Add curd to it.
Mix and add water to it to form a batter.
Keep it aside and prepare the tempering.
Heat oil and temper with cumin and pepper.
Then add finely chopped onions and green chilli
Saute nicely till golden and add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Mix and switch off the flame.
Add the mixture to the prepared batter.
Add more water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Heat dosa pan and pour the batter and fill the holes as we do for Rava dosa.
Drizzle oil and cook in low flame for 4-5 minutes and flip the dosa.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Healthy buckwheat dosa is ready.
