Buckwheat pancakes are simple and gluten free pancakes which can be prepared in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
Buckwheat flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Salt as required
Milk ½ cup
Water ½ cup or as eequirwd
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Instructions
Take buckwheat flour in a bowl
Add egg to it and mix.
Then add milk, water and mix without lumps to form smooth batter
Finally add salt and pepper powder and mix.
Pancakes batter is ready.
Heat dosa pan and spread the batter
Drizzle little oil and flip the Pancakes.
Repeat the same for rest of the batter.
Buckwheat pancakes is ready.
Enjoy with your favorite toppings
Notes
You can add little baking powder or soda to the batter. I generally avoid adding them. You can use curd and make it eggless. You can add some onions, green chillies to the batter and prepare like dosa too. I topped it with some grated carrot, capsicum and onions. You can add some sugar to the batter and drizzle honey, fruits and serve like typical American Pancakes.
