Take roasted gram in a mixer.
Grind it to fine powder.
Sieve and use it as required for murukku.
Take rice flour, besan, roasted gram flour, butter, salt, cumin seeds and hing in a bowl.
Mix butter with flour and combine together.
Now add water little by little and knead to form dough.
Heat oil in a kadai
Grease murukku press and load with dough.
I used star nozzle to make murukku.
Once oil is hot, press the murukku directly in oil. Don't overcrowd them.
Flip and cook till bubbles subsides.
Drain the murukku and repeat the same for rest of the dough.
Butter murukku is ready. Once it cools down store in air tight container
