Ingredients
Whipping Cream 2 cups
Condensed milk 300 grams
Butterscotch essence ½ tbsp
Praline 4 tbsp
Instructions
Take chilled whipping cream in mixing bowl and add butterscotch essence to it
Start beating it slowly and then increase to medium speed
Beat it till soft peaks form
Add the condensed milk
Beat till condensed milk is combined with cream.
Add the powdered praline and mix
Fold it gently till everything is combined
Transfer to freezer safe container and freeze it for 8 hours or overnight till it is set.
Scoop and serve butterscotch ice cream stopped with praline or plain
Notes
You can use yellow color to get look similar to store bought ice cream.
You can use butterscotch sauce or butterscotch chips
