- Butter ¼ cup or 55 grams
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Salt a pinch
Take butter and sugar in saucepan
Cool in medium heat till sugar and butter is dissolved
Add cream to it and mix it nicely for 3-4 minutes till it reaches creamy consistency
Switch off the flame and cool down.
Store in airtight container and use it for any desserts.
Sauce will become thick after cooling down.
You can reduce the cream and add some milk for thin consistency.
Store the remaining sauce in fridge.
