Add whipped cream to it and mix.
Mix it together to form a dough.
Then you can shape them with or without mould
Grate the white chocolate bar
Heat them in the double boiler method by keeping water in the bottom and place the chocolate in the bowl without touching the water.
Mix it nicely with a spatula.
Mix it till it is completely melted and smooth.
Method 1 using mould
Press the cake dough in the mould.
Insert ice cream sticks to it.
Keep in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and de-mold it.
Then carefully dip the cakesicle in melted chocolate.
Allow it to dry in parchment paper.
Scrap the excess chocolate on the sides

Add the melted chocolate to the mould, spread it on the sides, and leave it for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the cake mixture to the mold and press it.
Then cover the top with melted chocolate and level it.
Keep in the fridge for 20 minutes till it is set.
Take it out of the fridge and de-mold it.
Method 3 without using mould
Shape the cake mixture as a rectangular popsicle using hands.
Dip the ice cream sticks in melted chocolate and insert them into the popsicle.
Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes till it is set.
Then dip the popsicle in melted chocolate and allow it to dry.
Decoration and packing
Then decorate them as you wish. I just mixed blue color to melted chocolate and made some designs.
Finally added some sprinkles and toppers to it.
Once it is dry you can pack them in cakesicle box or simply use a cover and tie it with ribbon
Put them in zip lock covers and keep them in the freezer. It stays good for 2-3 weeks.
Cakesicles are ready for the party.
Notes
You can use any flavor of the cake. I used my coffee chocolate cake as the base. The above measurement will yield 10-12 cakesicles. You can double or triple the recipeIf you use leftover cream cake, no frosting is required for binding. Use frosting as required to bring together the mixture. It may vary depending on the moistness of the cake. I needed to make 25-30 cakesicles so doing it without mould was easy and saved my time as I didn't have a big mold where we can do 8-10 cakesicles at a time. You can use any topping or even use fondant shapes to decorate it. Add some colors to melted chocolate and use for dipping too. You can use milk or dark chocolate for dipping. I used chocolate cake so used white chocolate for dipping.I used coverture chocolate. Compounds work well too.
