Wash the cauliflower and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Heat oil and temper with fennel seeds and shahjeera.
Once it browns add the finely chopped onions and saute for a minute.
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Then add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy
Now add the blanched cauliflower and chopped capsicum.
Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and mix.
Add little water, close the lid and allow it to cook.
Once it is cooked add the milk and boil for few minutes.
Finally garnish with kasuri methi, coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Delicious cauliflower capsicum masala is ready.
