Take rice flour, curd, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin powder in a bowl.
Mix everything together to form a thick paste. Sprinkle little water if required.
Add the washed chicken pieces to masala and combine together.
Add one egg to chicken
Mix everything together and keep it aside for 15 minutes
Heat oil in pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till golden and crispy
Serve chicken 65 hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise
Notes
You can use corn flour instead of rice flour. If you have time you can brim the chicken. Soak the chicken in buttermilk for 3-4 hours or overnight. It will make the chicken so juicy and tender.
