Boil water in a pot. Once it boils add the noodles, salt and 1 tsp oil.
Cook for 7-10 minutes till it is just cooked. Drain the water and run through cold water.
Once the water is drained add 2 tsp oil to noodles and mix so they don't stick to each other.
Heat oil in pan and add finely chopped garlic
Once it browns, add the onions, chopped carrot and saute in high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Then add eggs to it and scramble them.
Next add the shredded chicken and saute in high flame for a minute
Then add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce and vineger and saute nicely for 1 minute.
Then add cooked noodles and saute in high flame till everything is combined.
Check the seasoning and add salt, pepper or sauces as required.
Hot Chicken hakka noodles is ready.
