Wash and cut the chicken into pieces.
Take the chicken pieces in mixer.
Mince them and transfer to bowl.
Take onions, green chilli, grated coconut, fried gram dal, fennel, cumin, pepper in a mixer.
Grind them to smooth paste adding few drops of water.
Add the paste to minced chicken.
Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and finely chopped coriander leaves
Mix everything together till evenly mixed.
Make some balls out of the mixture
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them till golden.
Drain in a kitchen tissue.
Chicken kola urundai is ready.
