Cut the chicken as thin strips, wash them and keep it ready.
Marinate the chicken with salt and buttermilk for 3-4 hours. After marination keep the chicken in fridge
After 4-5 hours remove the chicken from buttermilk and add all the ingredients under second marination.
Mix and keep it aside for 2 hours or marinate overnight for best results.
Shallow fry marinated chicken in pan. You can deep fry the chicken in oil too. I felt shallow frying was enough and chicken was tender and juicy.
Finely chop the garlic, mint leaves and slit green chillies
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai
Add finely chopped garlic and slit green chillies and saute for few mins till it is little browned.
Then add chopped mint leaves and saute nicely till it shrinks
Then add curd, spice powders and salt and mix nicely.
Allow it to boil for few minutes.
Then add the fried chicken, soya sauce and saute nicely till it is combined.
Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
Serve chicken majestic hot
