Wash and clean the boneless chicken and cut as small pieces
Take 1 cup buttermilk and add salt. You can mix 2-3 tbsp of curd with 1 cup water to prepare buttermilk
Soak the chicken in buttermilk for 3-4 hours. You can keep them in fridge if you are soaking for long time
Drain the buttermilk and keep chicken ready.
Add all the ingredients given under marination to chicken.
Mix them well till it coats the chicken.
Take flour and add pepper powder, Italian seasoning and salt.
Mix nicely with flour and keep it ready
Beat one egg and make it ready.
Take bread crumbs in one bowl.
Dip the chicken first in flour mix and then in egg.
Finally coat the chicken in bread crumbs
Repeat the same for all chicken pieces.
You can fry immediately or refrigerate it for later use.
Heat oil and deep fry them in medium flame till golden
For baking preheat the oven to 200°C and bake in same temperature for 20 minutes flipping the pieces after ten minutes.
Drain in kitchen tissue.
Serve the baked or fried chicken nuggets with any dip or tomato sauce.
