Chickpeas Salad Recipe | Chana Salad | How to make simple chickpeas salad

Chickpeas salad is simple salad made using boiled chickpeas, veggies and spices.

Ingredients

  • Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • Onions 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves powder ½ tsp
  • Lime juice 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup of boiled chickpeas in a bowl
  • Add the chopped onions, capsicum and cucumber to it
  • Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt.
  • Finally add curry leaves lowdee, lime juice and coriander leaves
  • Mix everything together.
  • Chickpeas salad is ready

Notes

Add other veggies or fruits of your choice.
You can add some grated cheese and nuts for kids
