Chickpeas salad is simple salad made using boiled chickpeas, veggies and spices.

- Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
- Onions 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 2 tbsp
- Cucumber 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ¼ tsp
- Garam masala ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves powder ½ tsp
- Lime juice 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped
Take 1 cup of boiled chickpeas in a bowl
Add the chopped onions, capsicum and cucumber to it
Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt.
Finally add curry leaves lowdee, lime juice and coriander leaves
Mix everything together.
Chickpeas salad is ready
Add other veggies or fruits of your choice.
You can add some grated cheese and nuts for kids
