Chilli chapati is a modified version of chilli parotta made with leftover chapati.

Ingredients
Chapati 2
Onion 1
Capsicum ½
Green chilli 2
Garlic 2 big
Tomato 1 small
Salt as required
Red chilli powder ¾ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp optional
Garam masala ¼ tsp optional
Coriander leaves to garnish
Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
Shred the chapati into pieces and keep it ready
Heat oil and add finely chopped garlic and green chillies.
Once it browns add the cubed onions and saute in high flame for 1 minute.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy.
Now add chopped capsicum and saute.
Then add red chilli powder, salt, soya sauce and mix. Add little water and saute for 2-3 minutes
Finally, add the cut chapati pieces and saute in high flame till everything combined. Check out seasoning and add as required.
Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Chilli chapati is ready. Serve it with raita or tomato sauce.
Notes
Can replace tomato with ½-1 tbsp tomato sauce. You can fry the chapati pieces in oil and use too. Adjust the sauces and spices according to your preference.
