Ingredients
Banana 2 ripe
Wheat flour ¾ cup
Sugar ¼ cup + 1 tbsp
Butter 60 grams
Egg 1
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Milk ¼ cup
Instructions
Sieve wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda for 4-5 times and keep it aside.
Take overripe bananas and mash them.
Add sugar, butter and egg to it and beat it nicely till fluffy.
Then add flour mixture in batches and mix with egg butter mixture .
Finally add milk and adjust the consistency of the batter.
Grease the muffin tray or place liners in muffin tray
Fill the batter to ¾th of the tray and tap nicely to release air.
Preheat the oven to 160°C for 10 minutes
Place the muffin tray in oven and bake in the same temperature for 18-20 minutes till tooth pic inserted comes out clean.
Remove from muffin tray and serve
Notes
Sieving the flour is very important. Don't skip that step.Baking time can vary depending on different types of oven as well as size of muffins. So keep an eye after 15 minutes.Adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of banana
