Ingredients
Chocolate 250 grams
Heavy whipping cream 150 grams
Instructions
Finely chop the chocolates and keep it ready
Take whipping cream in microwave safe bowl
Microwave for 40 seconds
Add chopped chocolate to cream and allow it to sit for 2-3 minutes.
Then mix with hand whisk till smooth and shiny
Use chocolate ganache for pouring over thecake or drizzles or for decorating.
Allow the Ganache to cool down before pouring over the cake.
