Chutney Sandwich | Chutney toast | Leftover recipe

Learn how to make chutney sandwich with leftover green chutney and tamarind chutney.

Ingredients

  • Bread 4 slices
  • Green chutney as required
  • Tamarind/sweet chutney as required
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  • Take four slices of bread
  • Apply green chutney on one side of the bread.
  • Apply tamarind/sweet chutney on other side of the bread.
  • Cover both the bread slices
  • Apply some butter on the top
  • Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.
  • Toast till bread is browned
  • Serve hot with cup of milk or juice
  • Chutney sandwich is ready.

Notes

You can use either one of chutneys
You can also add some vegetables in between chutney
