Ingredients
Maida 2.5 cups
Grated coconut 1 cup
Salt as required
Water as required
Instructions
Take maida in a bowl.
Add grated coconut and salt to it.
Mix it nicely.
Then add water and knead to smooth dough.
Take small round dough and flatten them little thick with hands or roller.
Heat dosa kadai and cook the roti on both sides till it is golden
Coconut Roti is ready. Serve with any gravy of your choice
Notes
You can increase or decrease the amount of coconut used as per your preference. Roll the roti little thick than normal chapati. You can use warm water or normal water while kneading.
