Peel the skin of the potatoes and wash them
Slice them as round with medium thickness.
Soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove starch and drain them.
In the bowl, take salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and rice flour.
Add little water to the mixture.
Mix it to a thick paste.
Add sliced potatoes to it.
Mix everything together till potato coins are nicely coated.
Heat Tawa or pan, add oil and place the potato slices and cook till it is golden.
Flip the pieces halfway through and fry till golden on both sides. Drizzle more oil if required.
For frying in air fryer, preheat the air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes till it is cooked and golden. Brush oil on the potatoes after 4-5 minutes.
Coin potato fry is ready.
