Coriander powder is one of the most common spice used in Indian cuisine.

Ingredients
Coriander seeds ½ kg
Pepper 30 grams
Toor Dal 50 grams
Cumin seeds 50 grams
Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
Curry leaves few optional
Instructions
Clean the coriander seeds and dry roast them in batches till it start to crackle.
Then add pepper powder and dry roast it.
Similarly roast cumin powder, pepper, toor dal and fenugreek seeds separately.
Allow them to cool down completely.
Take them in batches in mixer.
Grind to smooth powder.
Spread them in cloth or paper and allow it to cool down.
Once it cools down, store in airtight container.
Homemade aromatic Coriander powder is ready.
Notes
Keep stirring continuously while roasting the ingredients so they don't get burntYou can powder them coarsely if you prefer it that way. Always use clean spoon while using the masala to increase shelf life. You can even store them in fridge but it keeps well in room temperature for 6 months.
