Wash, boil and peel the potatoes and keep them ready.
Cut the cheese as small cubes
Pressure cook the corn for two whistles.
Drain the water and take the corn to a mixer.
Grind to a coarse paste.
Transfer the corn to a bowl, add mashed potatoes and cheese to it.
Next, add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder to it.
Mix and then add cornflour to it.
Combine all of them. Add more cornflour if required to bind it together.
Make small balls out of the mixture, flatten it, and insert a small cheese cube in the middle.
Bring it together to form a ball.
Coat the balls in bread crumbs
Repeat the same for the rest of the dough.
Heat oil and deep fry the balls in medium flame till golden.
Preheat the air fryer for 200°C for 3 minutes. Then grill the corn cheese balls at the same temperature for 12-15 minutes till it is crispy. Brush oil in between for even browning.
Crispy corn cheese balls are ready.
