Clean and wash the country chicken.
Heat oil and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and curry leaves.
Then add finely chopped onions and saute for a minute.
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Next, add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
Then add the country chicken and saute for few minutes.
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and pepper powder.
Add water and then close the lid.
Pressure cook it for 5-6 whistles.
Once it cools down open the cooker, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
