Cream Cheese Frosting | Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Cream cheese frosting is mild sweet and rich in taste. It goes well with any type of cake especially with red velvet cake or carrot cake.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese ½ cup or 90 grams
  • Whipping cream/double cream ¾ cup
  • Granulated Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Take Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  • Beat it with electric beater till it is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cream and beat till stiff peaks forms.
  • Cream Cheese frosting is ready

Notes

Time taken depends on whipping cream. Carefully whip the cream and keep an eye because if you whip for long time it becomes butter. Store in airtight container in fridge if not using immediately. It keeps well for one week.
