Curry leaves pasta is a healthy, nutritious pasta made with curry leaves in Indian style.

Ingredients
Pasta 200 grams
Tomato 2 medium
Curry leaves ½ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Carrot 1 medium
Eggs 2 optional
Salt as required
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp optional
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes ½ tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Oil/butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
Wash the curry leaves and tomato and take in a mixer.
Grind to smooth paste.
Heat butter and add eggs.
Scramble the eggs and add carrot and cabbage to it. Saute in high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Then add curry leaves and tomato paste.
Sprinkle little water and boil till raw smell goes
Then add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, and Italian seasoning.
Give a quick stir and add the cooked pasta.
Stir nicely till the masala is nicely coated with pasta
Healthy curry leaves pasta is ready.
Notes
You can use type of pasta for the recipeYou can use any herbs like coriander, mint along with curry leaves to make green pasta. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Mine is mild spicy suitable for kids.You can add any vegetable or meat to it.
