Wash and soak urad dal and moong dal for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Drain the water and keep it ready
Take green chilli and ginger in mixer
Grind them coarsely and then add the urad dal and moong dal
Grind them to smooth batter and transfer to bowl.
Beat the batter for 5-7 minutes till soft and fluffy.
Wet your hands and scoop a spoon of batter in hot oil.
Flip and fry them till golden. Drain them in kitchen tissue.
Soak the vada in hot water for 15 minutes.
Take each vada and squeeze excess water and arrange in the plate.
Take curd in the bowl and add little salt and sugar and mix.
Add generous amount of curd on the top of vada.
Drizzle some green chutney
Then add the sweet chutney
Sprinkle some chaat masala, salt, chilli powder and roasted cumin powder on the top.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Delicious Dahi Bhalle is ready.
