Dahi papdi chaat is sweet, spicy, and sour chaat made with yogurt, homemade papdi, chaat chutneys, and sev.

Ingredients
Papdi 5
Curd ⅓ cup
Red chutney 1 tbsp or as required
Green chutney 2 tbsp or as required
Sweet chutney 2 tbsp or as required
Salt as required
Onion 2 tbsp finely chopped
Tomato 2 tbsp finely chopped
Boiled potatoes 3 tbsp
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Sev as required
Instructions
Prepare the chutneys, veggies and papdi. Whisk the curd and keep it ready.
Place the papdi in a plate.
Add the onions, potatoes, and tomato on top of it.
Add whisked curd on top of it.
Then add red chutney
Next add green chutney
Next add the sweet chutney
Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala.
Garnish with sev and serve.
Yummy dahi papdi chaat is ready.
Notes
I have given the measurement for one serving. Adjust the quantity accordingly. I used onions, tomatoes and boiled potatoes. You can use boiled chana, cucumber or any vegetable of your choice. Skip curd and make papdi chaat. Use thick curd or greek yogurt.I used my homemade papdi made with whole wheat flour. Adjust spice and chutney according to your taste.
