Take all dals in the bowl and wash them.
Soak the dal for 2-3 hours.
Drain the water and take them in a mixer.
Add little water and grind to a smooth batter.
Repeat the same for the rest of the dal and grind it.
Add salt, mix it and start making the dosa or allow it to ferment for 2-3 hours.
Add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Heat Kadai and spread the dosa batter and drizzle oil.
Close and cook till it is crispy and golden.
Fold and remove from the pan.
Crispy and healthy dosa is ready.
Enjoy it with a chutney/Sambar of your choice.
