Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
Add dal, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Kasuri methi to it.
Mix it nicely and sprinkle little water.
Knead to form a dough and add oil
Knead again for 5-7 minutes till the dough is soft.
Make small round balls from the dough.
Dust it with little flour and roll.
Roll them into medium-sized roti
Heat Kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top.
Flip them and cook on both sides till golden.
Repeat the same for the rest of the dough.
Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle, or any gravy
