Take wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder in the bowl and mix.
Add butter to it.
Rub the butter into the flour mixture so it looks like crumbs.
Add powdered sugar to it and mix.
Slowly add milk/water to the dough.
Bring together to form a stiff dough.
Cling wrap and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Roll the dough between parchment paper, cut into a circle using any lid, and then prick holes with a toothpick.
Preheat the air fryer at 160°C for three minutes
Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket and bake at the same temperature for 10-12 minutes till it is done.
Allow it to cool down and store in air tight container.
