Clean fresh double beans.
Take the double beans to the cooker along with salt and water.
Pressure cook it for 2 whistles in medium flame.
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, and curry leaves.
Add finely chopped onions and saute for a min.
Next, add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
Then add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
Sprinkle little water and cook till the raw smell of masala goes.
Add the cooked double beans to it and mix till everything is combined.
Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Double beans masala is ready.
