Egg cheese dosa is a variation of dosa with egg and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Cheese ½ cup
  • Salt to sprinkle
  • Red chilli powder to sprinkle
  • Pepper powder to sprinkle
  • Coriander leaves few finely chopped

Instructions

  • Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
  • Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa and cook for seconds
  • Add one egg on the dosa.
  • Spread it evenly all over the dosa
  • Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on top of it
  • Grate some cheese on top of it
  • Sprinkle some pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  • Close and cook till cheese is melted.
  • Egg cheese dosa is ready
