Egg cheese dosa is a variation of dosa with egg and cheese.

- Dosa Batter 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Cheese ½ cup
- Salt to sprinkle
- Red chilli powder to sprinkle
- Pepper powder to sprinkle
- Coriander leaves few finely chopped
Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa and cook for seconds
Add one egg on the dosa.
Spread it evenly all over the dosa
Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on top of it
Grate some cheese on top of it
Sprinkle some pepper powder and coriander leaves.
Close and cook till cheese is melted.
